Starting a new construction project can be daunting, particularly if you do not know where to begin. Your project might be only an idea, you might have completed drafted plans or you could be anywhere in between. No matter where you are in your journey, the MC Team can assist you. By being a multi-dimensional business, we are the builders, project & site managers all in one. below you will find what you can expect as a typical project roadmap;
1. IT STARTS WITH AN IDEA.
2. YOU GIVE US A CALL FOR AN ON-SITE MEETING WITH YOU.
We walk-through the space/site to discuss your idea. While there, we can provide options on different ways to achieve your idea.
3. WE PROVIDE YOU WITH A BUDGET ESTIMATE.
Giving you an indication of the overall costs to see your idea come to life. If the budget cost falls outside your expectations we can provide you with value engineering options.
4. ENGAGING A DRAFTSPERSON & SELECTING FITTINGS, FINISHES & EQUIPMENT.
We can put you in touch with our Trusted Trades & Local Legends to manage alongside with you as you select your new flooring, tiles, feature lighting, paint colours etc.
5. YOU HAVE FINALISED PLANS.
We will revise (If already provided earlier) our budget estimate to ensure/include any additional extras found within the completed drafted drawings.
6. SUBMISSION TO YOUR LOCAL COUNCIL.
7. FINALISED QUOTATION & CONTRACT SIGNED.
These steps run alongside each other. The submission to council; including but not limited to Home Warranty Insurance accepted and engagement of engineer if required.
8. PLANNING PERMIT APPROVED.
9. BUILDING PERMIT SUBMITTED.
10. BUILDING PERMIT APPROVED.
11. MC CUSTOM BUILDS TEAM BEGIN ON SITE.
12. COMPLETION & HANDOVER.
Upon Completion you will receive your final certificates (COO). We always leave your new home, extension or renovated space clean and tidy ready for you to use.
