Pre-Construction

Site assessment

This includes gaining a full understanding of potential site contaminants or rectifications required pre-build.

Site preparation

Is a demolition required? Or perhaps asbestos removal? Does your site require some serious earth moving? We can arrange it all!

Plans and planning approval

MC Custom Builds can help take care of your space planning needs, documentation of plans and planning approvals if required.

Building Construction

We look after all elements of construction including set out, framing, carpentry, joinery, glazing, cladding and roofing.

Post-Construction Internal Completion

Following construction, we always leave your new home, extension or renovated space clean and tidy, ready for the next steps towards completion. We can point you towards our Local Legends for all you need at this stage such as flooring specialists, painters and decorators. Alternatively, we are happy to work in with your choice of finishing trades.

Outside

Whether you want a complete make-over from inside to outside or simply improve your outdoor environment as a separate project, we can complete or organise a range of exterior enhancements such as decking, pergolas, retaining walls and landscaping.
