Nathan McKenna
director
Nathan is the “M” in “MC”. He hammered his first nail under the watchful guidance of his grandfather while he was still in nappies: he hasn’t stopped building since! His early passions of building and family have only strengthened with time. Now days, as one half of MC Custom Builds, Nathan often works alongside his father and brother, delivering dreams for other families through his renovation and building skills. Like the rest of the MC team, Nathan is passionate about the small details. He actually enjoys working out all the seemingly minor details required to realise your dream, right from the quoting stage through to completion.

Tim Caines
director
The “C” in “MC” is for Tim Caines. For as long as he can remember, Tim has dreamed of being a builder. In MC Custom Builds he has accomplished this dream with his best mate and business partner, Nathan. Growing up, Tim learnt through watching his mother manage her own business that success relies on successful relationships. Tim is a firm believer that he is only as good as the team he relies on; relationships are everything at home and in business. Tim gets ridiculous joy realising potential, whether that be through breathing new life into a much-loved home or creating functional spaces for your business endeavours.

Helen brings more than 30 years’ experience in business administration and office management through her business; H&M Caines Investments Pty Ltd. Her team have been there from the beginning of MC Custom Builds; when it was a mere idea. Helping mould it into what it is today, a high performing, well organised family business.
